My 17 yr old daughter is looking to house share. She is a full time student at Sittingbourne Community College studying public services and is in her final year at college. She is independent, quiet and reliable. I am moving off the island and she would prefer to stay. I will be paying all deposits, rent and any associated fees. She is ready to move in now, so if you have a tenant that might be moving out soon I would be very keen to hear of any vacancies.
