Hi, I'm Tim, 31 and an IT professional looking to change my living situation and job. I'm looking for a female home owner of any age who has a double room to rent, preferably in a large and cozy home. Just preference re the gender - no other motivation, my partner lives in the North. I have 2 well behaved and clean female cats and would need a welcoming place for them, possibly with cats already resident. Location can really be anywhere in England, as I'll change jobs accordingly and can take my trade pretty much anywhere. I am clean and tidy, warm and friendly, open and honest.
