desperatly require room at short notice

Hi,
I am a 28yo female, looking for a room within the eastbourne area, my budget is a max of £320/month, I require almost immediate occupancy. I do have a job, however due to an injury at work I am currently signed off, but still with an income. I am fine with all pets and children, and am an easy going individual who gets along well with others, so I don't really have much of a preference on whom I share with. I am a quiet, considerate, and clean tenant. I enjoy socializing and a good chat whether over a cuppa or a glass of wine. Not only am I looking for a room to rent but perhaps making some friends along the way would be good :)
