Dear Landlord,

I am looking for a spacious single or double room max of £250 per month or less with all bills included starting from feb 9th for a long term rent period.

I work full time in Denmark hill, and like to live close to work say in Blackheath, Dartford, Lewisham or don't mind travelling a max of one hour to work (so even Surrey area is ok) if the rent is cheaper at £250 max all bills included.

I am working full time and prefer to live with unmarried young student or professional females or ok with families too.

Please email your contact number so I can view the house and can move in feb 9th or before. I do not mid flat or house.
