TESOL teacher seeking room

I am a 34 year old TESOL teacher who is soon starting a new job in Burton. I therefore am looking for a room to rent, preferably near the train station or Burton - Derby bus route.
Please note the amenities listed are prefered, not 100% required :)
I am social, and also tidy and clean (I always clean up after myself). I'm not noisy, and am respectful of other people's needs and belongings (something I think is very important for getting on in a shared house).
I love cats, so worries if there are any cats in the house! Don't mind dogs, as long as they're not noisy.
