My name is Philip, and I am a 43 year old male looking for a room to rent in a houseshare or flatshare within the Bristol to Portishead areas.
I work as a Retail Store Manager and would really like somewhere I can relax after a long day, prepare a meal, either just for myself or any flatmates and slowly unwind!
I am looking to rent somewhere for a minimum of 6 months and preferably longer.
I am looking to pay between £400 and 500 per month.
I have no particular preference of flatmate as I'm a pretty easy going person.
I'm clean, quiet, tidy and respectful, as well as domesticated, house trained and well mannered.
I am also very good at DIY and fixing things, should that be required. :)
