Hello,
I'm looking for a single room to rent for the Michaelmas term 2015 and the Epiphany term 2016 (Oct 2015 - March 2016). I'm a male Erasmus student from Germany, 25 years old. My English is pretty good and I have been living on my own for the last 6 years, so I should be a decently agreeable tenant.
I will be arriving at Durham on Oct. 1 and can take a look at rooms the following day.
(Prefered areas are: Nevilles Cross, Viaduct or Gilesgate.)
