I'm looking to move to the area in May, June time due to work commitments in the area. I will be new to the area and won't know anyone so I'm looking for a house share in a nice area within walking distance to the city centre. Ashbourne road or uttoxeter road are my two desired locations or somewhere nice between those two. I may consider properties outside Derby such as Ashbourne. Preferably close to the Peak District. I'm searching for a large double or even a good sized studio apartment.

I'm a professional looking to move to the area. I'm a very clean tidy and organised person who works a fifty hour week Monday to Friday. Probably 60 hours a week for the first six months or so when I first move. I enjoy outdoor sports such as bouldering and mountain biking. I also noticed there is a dry ski slope near by which looks interesting. Same as most people I enjoy relaxing in the evening, watching movies and the occasional drink at the weekend. Im looking for a professional house share only, due to the long hours I work. Looking for like minded people who know how to have fun but are still career minded.
